Level Steel is led by an experienced team of Project Engineers, Supervisors, Boilermakers, Coded Welders, and Project Administration professionals. Together, our people bring extensive hands-on experience across complex structural, mechanical, and civil infrastructure projects.

Our operations team delivers proven capability in fabrication, certified welding, mechanical assembly, on-site construction, and commissioning. Every project is supported by structured HSEQ ISO-certified management systems, qualified personnel, and a disciplined safety culture focused on delivering work safely, efficiently, and to specification.

From engineering coordination and workshop fabrication through to site installation and final handover, our team works collaboratively to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client and regulatory requirements across resource, mining, transport, civil, and public infrastructure sectors.

Tony Moore is the Owner and Managing Director of Level Steel Engineering & Construction and a long-standing contributor to Western Australia’s engineering, fabrication, and civil construction sectors. Born and raised in WA, Tony has built his career on practical experience, technical capability, and a strong commitment to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes across complex infrastructure, transport, mining, and industrial projects.

His experience spans structural steel, structural, mechanical and piping construction, FRP systems, bridgeworks, tank fabrication, and multidisciplinary installation. He has supported major road and rail developments, LNG facility upgrades, processing plants, dewatering systems, and large-scale pipeline works across metropolitan and regional WA.
