Project Experience

Level Steel has contributed to major infrastructure, transport, industrial, and resource-sector projects across Western Australia. Our experience spans bridge construction, transport upgrades, structural steel fabrication, SMP installations, and complex staged works in both metropolitan and regional environments.

Fremantle Traffic Bridge (Oct 2024)

The Fremantle Traffic Bridge replacement is a significant transport-infrastructure upgrade for one of WA’s most critical river crossings.

Alua Victoria Park Level Crossing Removal (Mar–Dec 2024)

As part of WA’s METRONET transformation, the removal of multiple level crossings between Victoria Park and Beckenham is one of Perth’s largest rail-infrastructure upgrades.

Mandurah Bridge (May–Aug 2024)

The Mandurah Bridge upgrade required the fabrication of a large, high-strength launch nose to support incremental bridge-launching works.

Bayswater Station (Evolve Acciona, Nov 2023–May 2024)

The Bayswater Station upgrade under METRONET required complex structural interfaces, high-accuracy SMP works, and stringent welding quality to meet rail-infrastructure safety and compliance standards.

Coogee Chemicals to Covalent Lithium Pipeline (Oct 2023–Apr 2024)

This project involved the construction of a 4 km acid pipeline connecting Coogee Chemicals to Covalent Lithium’s processing facility.

Fitzroy River Bridge – Kimberley Region (Apr–Nov 2023)

Following the destruction of the original Fitzroy River Bridge during the 2023 Kimberley floods, the new bridge project became one of Western Australia’s highest-priority regional infrastructure undertakings.

HD4 Rio Tinto (2019)

Mesa A required large-diameter piping upgrades for dewatering systems at Rio Tinto’s HD4 operations

CB&I / Puma Energy (2018)

Fuel-storage and terminal facilities required stainless-steel piping systems.

Mt Marion LNG Cryogenic Plant (2016–2017

Fabrication and site installation of 304-stainless cryogenic spools

Stephenson Ave Bridge
